This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Vector Design US, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit vectordesign.us or order our services, how we use it and the choices you have.

We use it to run the website, measure visits and advertising results, and improve our pages. If you enter your email address and the form does not complete — because of a browser problem, a connection failure or an upload that did not finish — we may send you one email with a link to try again. It contains no marketing, and every such email includes a one-click link to stop them.

Files you send are used only to complete your order. They are handled by our production staff and contractors, who are bound by confidentiality. We do not share your files with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it. We show before-and-after examples of your work on our website or social media only with your permission. NDAs are available on request.

We keep order files for a limited period so we can handle revisions, and may delete them after that. We keep business records, such as quotes and invoices, as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website, email or file transfer is completely secure, so please avoid sending information you do not need to share for your order.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to info@vectordesign.us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to the records we must keep by law.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
